I offer two washing options: a Standard Wash (TSP cleaning) and a Premium Wash (TSP + brightening), with brightening helping restore wood’s natural color, improve stain absorption, and ensure a more professional finish.

For sanding, you can choose between Scuff Sanding—a lighter prep for wood in good shape—or Strip Sanding, a deeper option that removes old stain and delivers the longest-lasting results.

When it comes to stains, we recommend two top choices:

• CuTek – Low maintenance, long-lasting protection, but requires strip sanding before first application and no sanding after the first application

• WoodLuxe – Strong protection, versatile color options, and doesn’t require a full strip sand, but requires a scuff sand for each application

Both stains enhance natural beauty, protect against water and UV damage, and keep your deck, fence, or siding looking great for years.

Interior

I handle all prep work for a smooth, protected interior painting experience—moving furniture, covering surfaces, and repairing walls. Choose from Standard Prep (light cleaning + small repairs) or Premium Prep (adds sanding and larger repairs for the best finish). I use Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paints and leave your space spotless when the job is done.

Exterior

I prep exteriors with either a Standard Wash (removes dirt and mildew) or a Premium Wash (adds TSP cleaning and mildew/algae treatment). For surfaces, I offer Light Sanding & Caulking for minor touch-ups or Full Scrape & Sanding with repairs for maximum durability. I finish with premium paints like Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior or Rain Refresh for long-lasting protection and beauty.

I’ll give you a scheduling call to confirm the week your project will be placed in the calendar.

Leading Up to Your Project

You’ll receive regular updates through my queuing system so you always know where things stand.

24–48 Hours Before Start Date

I’ll notify you with a firm start date and time.

Interior Project Flexibility

Interior projects may occasionally move forward in the schedule if you’re flexible, since rain delays on exterior projects can open up earlier availability.
